RightAngle Global announces the successful achievement of ISO certification and the establishment of an improved Quality Management System. As of May, the company’s QMS is compliant with the requirements of EN ISO 9001:2015.
The ISO certification confirms that RightAngle Global operates its business processes in an organized, efficient and client-oriented manner. It also proves that the company has demonstrated the ability to constantly deliver services and products that comply with regulatory requirements and meet customer expectations.
The company’s founder and CEO, Luc Vocks, revealed that a large number of processes had been redesigned while the way in which strategic priorities were established within the company had also changed, all as part of the RightAngle Global ISO certification process.
“We are proud to have achieved this milestone. The ISO certificate is an indication to our customers that DevelopmentAid runs like a finely-tuned watch mechanism”, concluded Luc Vocks, CEO of RightAngle Global.
The company is confident of successfully completing the necessary subsequent compliance checks, auditing and verification since ISO certifications are valid for three after which they must be renewed. By maintaining ISO certification RightAngle Global proves the organization’s commitment to achieving its objectives and increasing its credibility as well as customer confidence in its products and services.
As defined by the International Organization for Standardization, ISO 9001:2015 specifies the requirements for a quality management system when an organization must demonstrate its ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements, and aims to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes for improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity to customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
