Client Manager

A Client Manager liaises between the RightAngle team of researchers and clients to ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction by ensuring the quality of the profiles to be submitted and effective interaction with experts. He/she will manage, supervise and coordinate a team of project managers with the goal of bringing about successful results for each assignment undertaken.

Responsibilities

 

  1. Accept project briefs and serve as the main point of contact for RightAngle clients.

  2. Manage the team of project managers, coordinate their activities and prioritize the work to be carried out to ensure the timely delivery of results.

  3. Liaise with clients to clarify briefs, address questions or concerns and agree expectations to ensure smooth and faultless collaboration.

  4. Solve problems and conflicts to maintain a high level of client advisor satisfaction.

  5. Manage administrative work such as the organization of communication, contracts, invoices and accounts. Coordinates administrative work with the Contracts department.

Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field

  • Fluency in the English language is mandatory, both verbal and written

  • Previous experience using business communication (English language), preferably in a foreign setting, will be considered to be an advantage

  • Experience in sales, marketing, customer relations or a related field

  • Strong communication skills and IT fluency

  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Experience of making presentations and cold calling potential clients

  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive and to handle uncertainty
