We follow strict Compliance norms throughout the project lifecycle, starting from the first interaction with clients and experts and up until successful completion of the interviews.
Project launch
Clients can launch a project by submitting a form on our website or sending an email to our representatives. All of the contact information provided in the form or email is protected according to GDPR legislation and is only used internally.
Screening process
When searching for experts, we make sure to provide an accurate project overview, while maintaining the client’s identity confidential, unless the client specifically instructs us otherwise. The expert is informed in detail about the objectives and key topics of the study, using client approved screening questions, but we refrain from disclosing specific client information.
Expert interaction
Our expert’s personal information is protected throughout the interaction. The experts always sign a Terms & Conditions document, which contains all the relevant provisions regarding the expert’s rights and obligations, the type of information that can be discussed in the consultations, and the type of information that is shared with the client for screening purposes. The expert’s name and contact information is included in our database but will not be shared with the client or made public, unless the expert explicitly consents to it.
Safe and secure platform for expert calls
Our calls take place through a secure Zoom gateway and a unique link and password is sent to the participants to join the call. External participants are not allowed in the meeting.
Confidentiality
All of the information discussed in the call is kept strictly confidential and is protected by our team. This also includes all the materials generated as a result of the interaction (recordings, transcripts, written inputs), which are limited to internal use and automatically deleted after a certain period of time.
