The Project
We received a request from a client to help gain more understanding of the pharmaceutical distributor selection process in emerging markets. The client was very interested in understanding how distributors are selected across multiple regions as opposed to any specific country.
Specific Area of Interest
Working with the client, we understood that they wanted to do a deep dive into the big-picture status of pharmaceutical distribution across emerging markets in Latin America, the Middle East, and Africa. The client specifically was interested in understanding the existing state of the sector and identifying the key players with experience in distributing pharmaceuticals in emerging markets.
Our Impact
Using our unique vetting and filtering processes, we were able to connect the client with a few experts with years of experience working in this particular sector. After consulting these experts, the client gained a much clearer understanding of who is distributing pharmaceutical products in emerging markets as well as existing challenges and regulations.
