A client reached out to us, wanting to do a deep dive into medical coding as it applies to the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) space. The company was especially interested in gaining clarity on best practices, KPIs, and the industry metrics that are used in medical coding.
Specific Area of Interest
The client had a specific focus on learning more about the players currently providing RCM solutions and services in the United States as well as how these vendors are evaluated and chosen by their clients. The company also asked for benchmarks on how to evaluate and analyze the process of medical coding, including efficiency and productivity standards.
