A company wanted to better understand the real estate market in Mexico, including both rentals and sales. Specifically, they wanted to gain a deeper understanding of the bigger trends in the Mexican market, including how technology has changed the current landscape.
Specific Area of Interest
The client was especially interested in the emerging field of “Proptech” - leveraging technology to improve real estate sector profitability and market analytics. They also wanted to learn how widespread administration services have been adopted in Mexico as well as how independent agents cooperate with large brokerage firms.
Our Impact
We conducted interviews with people holding senior positions in Proptech companies operating in Mexico as well as individuals with senior positions at large brokerage firms with extensive experience working in Mexico’s real estate sector.
Experts were screened to ensure they had at least 10 years of experience and the ability to answer the client’s specific questions. The client gained extensive insights, which allowed them to form a successful business strategy to introduce new Proptech solutions in the Mexican real estate sector.
