A client reached out to us seeking a big-picture understanding of the key players in the active pharmaceutical ingredients (API) sector. The company communicated to us that they wanted to approach this from a global perspective to better understand the overall market as well as identify major API producers.
Specific Area of Interest
The client wanted to gain clarity on the role of API producers in China and the feasibility of reducing their dominance in the global market. More specifically, the client wanted to explore the options for existing chemical companies to enter the API market, particularly by understanding regional supply and demand patterns.
